1. Order Processing

* Orders are processed after confirmation and payment (or according to the agreed payment terms).
* Once production begins, your order is prepared specifically for you and cannot be modified unless approved by our team.

2. Production & Delivery Time

* Most products require 10–20 business days for manufacturing.
* Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
* During holidays, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

3. Delivery Coverage

* We currently deliver to most cities and governorates across Egypt.
* Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or shipping charges.

4. Shipping Fees

* Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product dimensions, and order size.
* The final shipping cost will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Scheduling

* Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
* Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

6. Property Access

Before placing your order, please make sure that all products can pass through building entrances, elevators, staircases, hallways, and room doors.

Comodo is not responsible if a product cannot be moved into the property due to limited access. Any additional handling or lifting equipment required may result in extra charges.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage, manufacturing defects, or missing items, please inform the delivery team and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, supplier delays, or operational issues.
